Meet the Staff

 Chet Nowak, P.G.A. Professional:
Chet Nowak is the Head Professional at Mink Meadows and is a member of the New England Section of the PGA.
A native New Englander from Western Mass, Chet has lived in Florida for 27 years and is a Teaching Professional during the off season for Golf Digest Schools at PGA National Resort and Spa.  He was the featured Instructor in June 2005 and June 2006 for Golf Digest Magazine and has authored numerous articles for local and regional publications.


 Matthew Crowther, CGCS:
Certified Golf Course Superintendents Association of America since 1999.
Member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America since 1991.
Member of the GCSAA affilitated Chapters: Golf Course Managers Association of Cape Cod and Rhode Island Golf Course Superintendents Association.
Board Member of GCMACC since1997. Current Position Preseident and Votting Delegate.
Superintendent of Mink Meadows Golf Course since 1995
Graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Turfgrass Management


 Mink Meadows:
We at Mink Meadows have a strong proactive commitment to the environment. Mink Meadows was founded with great care given to preserving the property to which the golf course is but a small part. We have a special environment, which consists of salt and fresh water ecosystems. We take care in maintaining the golf course with as few inputs as possible. All practices and programs are designes and structured with the environment in mind. We try to be leaders in providing quality turf conditions and an enjoyable game of golf while providing an environmental friendly property.
